Refund Policy

If Volumora is not right for you, you can have your money back. No questions, no forms.

14 days, any reason

You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, whether or not you have downloaded or activated Volumora. This applies to full-price and launch-offer purchases.

How to ask

Email support@volumora.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number from the Polar receipt. A one-line message is enough.

What happens next

We issue the refund through Polar, the merchant of record, to your original payment method as soon as we read your email. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it. The license is then deactivated on all your Macs.

After 14 days

We may still refund in clear cases, such as a duplicate purchase or a problem we cannot fix that stops Volumora from working on a supported Mac. Email us and explain what happened.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that Volumora works as described. It is offered by Ilyas Abdulkadir.
